1. Acceptance
By installing or using My Gym Tracker (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter and for safely performing any exercises you log. The App is a tracking tool; it does not provide medical or fitness advice.
3. Health disclaimer
Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise program. The App is not a substitute for professional advice or supervision. You assume all risks associated with exercise.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@mygymtrackerapp.com (or support@dendigital.us) if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access of the App.
- Using the App to violate any law or third-party rights.
- Uploading content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
User content and the community. Where the App or our website lets you post, share or send content to other people (for example a community forum, shared workout cards or questions), you are responsible for what you post. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: content that harasses, threatens, sexualises, demeans or endangers anyone, that promotes dangerous eating or training, that is spam, or that breaks the law or our Community Guidelines will be removed, and the account that posted it may be suspended or ejected without notice. Every public surface provides a way to report content and to block other users; we act on reports promptly, normally within 24 hours. You can reach us at support@mygymtrackerapp.com. By posting you give Den Digital LLC a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the service; you keep ownership of it.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, code, and content (other than your own workout data) are owned by Den Digital LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Exercise demonstration videos, follow-along classes, cue scripts and music. All demonstration videos, class videos, voice cues and music in the App and on this website are produced by or for Den Digital LLC and are licensed to you for viewing inside the App, not sold. You may not download, copy, record, extract, redistribute, re-upload, sell, train models on, or use any of them outside the App, in whole or in part, without written permission from Den Digital LLC. Demonstration videos are AI-generated under our direction; the selection, naming, cueing and arrangement of the library are our work. Developers who want to license the library for their own products can contact us at support@mygymtrackerapp.com.
7. No warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the App will be error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Den Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in abuse. You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app settings or by emailing support.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State where Den Digital LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
