Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your My Gym Tracker account and all data associated with it at any time. This page explains how. It applies to saved accounts and to guest accounts (the anonymous account the App creates on first launch) alike.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

Open the My Gym Tracker app.
Go to the Settings tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and all cloud data are removed immediately. This is the fastest method, and the only one that works for a guest account, because a guest has no email address we could verify a request against.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you saved your progress (linked Apple, Google or an email address) and no longer have access to the app, you can email us a deletion request:

Or write to support@mygymtrackerapp.com (support@dendigital.us also works).

Send the email from the email address registered on your account so we can verify the request. If you saved with Apple and chose to hide your email, send it from the address you can see under Settings in the app. Include:

Your account email address
Your display name (if you set one)
A clear statement that you want your account deleted

We will process email requests within 30 days and send you a confirmation when your data is deleted.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following are permanently removed:

Your authentication record (the anonymous account ID, and the email and hashed password if you saved your progress)
Your profile (display name, unit preference, settings, including the AI weekly insight setting)
All workout sessions, sets, reps, and weights, and GPS run routes
All workout templates you created
All custom exercises you added
All habit check-ins and streaks
All personal records
Any synced cycle records (if you had turned on Cycle Cloud Sync) and any AI weekly insights that were written for you

Body measurements and food entries are stored only on your phone, never on our servers; uninstalling the app removes them.

This action cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you would like to keep your data, export it from the Settings screen before deleting.

What is retained

For legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes we may retain a minimal record (such as a deletion log entry) for up to 90 days. This record contains no personal workout data — only the fact that a deletion was requested and processed.
